For UPTON Properties and interior design studio Landau + Kindelbacher, I photographed this exceptional alpine residence in winter light. Snow-covered landscape, warm materials, the kind of architecture that knows exactly where it is. The brief was to show both the precision of the design and the feeling of arriving somewhere that immediately feels right.
Architecture and interior photography in alpine settings is its own discipline - the light shifts fast, the scale is unforgiving, and the relationship between building and landscape is everything. This estate gave all three in abundance.
