Restaurant des Haus Jausern in Saalbach
Spaziert man in das renovierte und erweiterte Haus Jausern in Saalbach wird man von Sichtbeton, hellem Holz und viel Licht empfangen. Biegt man einmal rechts um die Ecke, taucht man in das hauseigene Restaurant inklusive Weinstube ein. Der Sichtbeton weicht holzvertäfelten Wänden, das helle Holz wird von dunklen Tönen ersetzt. Durch die kleinen Fenster des alten Gebäudes dringt gedämpftes Licht in die Räume und sofort stellt sich eine Gemütlichkeit ein, die man dem Österreich-Besuch quasi voraussetzt.
Der Interior Designer Felix Pöttinger aus München hat es mit gekonnt gesetzten Akzenten geschafft, eine warme, stimmungsvolle Weinstube zu konzipieren. So lässt sich ein langer Tag auf Skiern bei einem guten Glas Rotwein im Restaurant des Haus Jausern ausklingen.
